Shipping Policy

At Mulberro, we believe beautiful things should arrive at your doorstep without any extra cost — and always on time. Most orders are packed with love and shipped within 24–48 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. No minimum order value, no conditions — just free delivery, always.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across India at a nominal fee of ₹99 per order. This fee covers the additional handling and logistics costs associated with COD shipments. We encourage prepaid payment (UPI, cards, net banking) for a faster and seamless experience.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders sooner, while remote pincodes may take an extra day or two. For customized or made-to-order hampers, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for preparation before dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the weight and size of the package, product availability, and your delivery location. During festive seasons or sales, deliveries may take slightly longer due to high volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking details. You can track your order anytime using the tracking link provided. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. All orders are carefully packed to protect delicate items — especially our gifting hampers, which receive extra cushioning and care.

Shipping Insurance

Every order is insured while in transit until it is delivered to your specified address. A signature or OTP verification is required upon delivery. Once the order is delivered and confirmed, the responsibility for the items transfers to you. If you've specified a different delivery address (such as for a gift), confirmation of delivery at that address will be considered as fulfilment of our shipping obligation.

Taxes

All prices on mulberro.com are inclusive of applicable GST. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.

Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our shipping partner will make up to 2 additional attempts. If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued. For COD orders, we'll reach out to you to arrange reshipment.
